Capital Projects/Facilities Planning Capital Projects/Facilities Planning aims to provide safe, healthy, adequate and aesthetic physical environments for CISP’s Students and Professionals Assists in program planning for renovations and new construction, as well as cost estimating and preliminary planning Available to answer questions regarding the use of space Responsible for the maintenance of physical space inventory, which includes space size, square footage, and departmental assignment Assists the organization in developing Major Repairs & Renovations requests to the Board of Directors for funding of construction / renovations, and maintenance of facilities Contact the Capital Projects/Facilities Planning Department at 267-386-4667 or submit a request form to corpserv@cisphl.orgcorpserv@cisphl.org

Procurement Procurement manages the processes of acquiring, receiving and paying for goods and services and other items unrelated to finance, payroll, real property Procurement also works with Facilities to verify warehouse inventory and supplies received against current inventory levels and works with programs to coordinate purchasing Contact the Procurement Department at 267-386-4627 or request form to procurement@cisphl.orgprocurement@cisphl.org

Facilities Maintains physical space and performs minor repairs in CISP’s Central Office and Education Center, in addition to supporting staff at more than 79 sites Manages storage space, inventory, shipping, delivery, and distribution Assists Capital Projects/Facilities Planning with the development of construction documents and major repairs/renovations planning Contact the Facilities Department at 267-386-4647 or submit a request form to corpserv@cisphl.orgcorpserv@cisphl.org

Information Technology Defines, implements, and manages the direction of technology to best support the operational effectiveness of the company Performs daily operations management of systems and software Oversees systems configuration and operations, network and telephone services Supports leadership by providing input into the development and enhancement of IT management policies, processes, and security (i.e. remote access cameras, motion detectors, ID card readers) Contact the IT Department at 267-386-4650 or submit a request form to cispsupport@cisphl.orgcispsupport@cisphl.org

NEW Data Department The purpose of the Data Department is to store, process, manage, and develop student and organizational data and to make data available to our internal and external customers in a user-friendly and timely manner VISION: Empower CISP staff, decision-makers, and other CISP customers with real-time reliable data promoting efficient planning and effective management of resources MISSION: Provide an integrated company information system and user-friendly access for CISP decision-makers and staff in a responsive, efficient, and cost-effective manner

Data Department A Centralized Data Repository: Reduce manual data entry Reduce or eliminate duplication of efforts Increase ability to review trends and forecasting Provide ability to make data-driven decisions Provide ability to produce ad-hoc custom CISP reports Increase staff’s ability to focus students All programs must collect: Attendance Grade Measures Promotion Rates Graduation Rates Drop-Out Rates PA Standardized Tests Scores Workforce Development (case managers) Social Service Needs (case managers) If you are collecting data for your program, we really want to speak with you.
