ACCESS, PACKAGE AND DISTRIBUTE A WORLD OF CONTENT, YOUR WAY… What is XML… XML is a language that describes data, and is used for data transfer between systems, most commonly between systems of different companies. The abbreviation stands for eXtensible Mark-up Language. The official definition: XML is a flexible way to create common information formats and share both the format and the data on the World Wide Web, intranets, and elsewhere. GTA XML… The GTA XML API enables you to access to our inventory, without using any of our sites (RBS/WBS/Partner Site or affiliate links), and output all information in a format that is common with your site or system. XML solutions are extremely flexible, allowing you to define the information you want displayed and in what format it is presented in, making it easy to merge data from multiple suppliers and distribute content your way.

GTA XML – How it works... What level of integration is right for you? Do you seek… Partial XML Integration… The majority of clients that request a partial XML API are price comparison sites and companies that do not want to manage transaction payments, including payment of the credit card fees and control of the fraud risk etc. Fulfilment and payment should dictate whether a partial or full XML API is required. Partial XML clients integrate our products in their search facility only. When the price and availability is returned and the consumer makes their selection, it deep-links/redirects to our site to complete the booking and make the payment. Full XML Integration… The full XML API is aimed at those of our clients who have their own system or website with total control of the entire booking process. The client fully integrates our product inventory into their site. It shows real time availability to all our products (except rail and shuttle busses). XML messages are used for both search and booking requests. Users can search for hotels in a format used by the client’s site. This enables clients to display & package our products together with products from other suppliers.

GTA XML - Some detail on the setup process…
PROCESS SUMMARY… An XML Client Questionnaire & NDA is completed and signed by both the client & GTA. Questionnaire (Client & Sales) & NDA will be sent to GTA London Online Business Support Team by GTA sales office. GTA London Online Business Support Team will send access to the XML specifications to the client (within 1~2 working day). When the client is ready to start the development, the client will ask GTA for test server setting with their integration plan. GTA London Online Business Support Team will set up test environment where the client works on their development of the XML (within 3~5 working days). GTA give access to the test environment for 8 weeks which can be extended. When the client has finished the development and is ready to go live the following is required; Questionnaire for live setting (Client & GTA), XML Booking Service Form singed by both Client & GTA, Commercial agreement when required. Live Server Setting by GTA London Online Business Support Team (within 5~7 working days after completion of above documents).

APARTMENTS AT A GLANCE… This easy-to-use browser-based solution requires no additional software to be installed, so you can start booking immediately. With properties ranging from studios through to 5-bedroomed apartments and villas, you can be confident you will be able to match your customer needs. All properties are fully furnished and many are offered with maid service, linen and towels. Pets are welcome at a variety of properties. You can add an estimated arrival time to the booking. Passenger names and special requests are merged into one screen. The ‘Search for Hotel’ link will enable you to quickly find hotel accommodation available at the same destination for the same dates.
