Programme management in TI is defined as: the management of available financial, human and material resources in order to o increase the coverage o uptake of services o and quality control for the reduction of HIV/AIDS among High Risk Groups.

They sign the MoU with SACS and implement TIs as per the MoU signed They recruit the staff and develop their capacities They develop the outreach plan depending upon the availability and timings of HRGs They provide services like condoms, STI treatment and clinical services to the community in accordance with OGs They ensure 100% condom usage and regular screening for STI & HIV They involve the community in the implementation of TI They are responsible for following the financial guidelines, procurement and monitoring system as per OGs They ensure timely submission of reports to SACS/TSU They liaise with DAPCU, local health authorities and other NGOs while implementing TI.
