What They Do… A pediatrician is a doctor who works with babies, children, teenagers, and sometimes young adults. They work to cure sick kids and give them check-ups. Sometimes pediatricians prescribe medicine.

Education Requirements
A-G requirements are required, a high school diploma, and a masters degree. To get into a good college and be a good pediatrician you would want to do more then the A-G requirements. Like take 3 years of science and 4 years of math and 3 years of history.

Money N Hours Pediatrician's work irregular hours and a lot of overtime and weekend work The average a pediatrician makes is around $65 an hour(some make more depending on were you go to college) and and make any were from 110,000 to 200,000 a year

My Back-Up Career ~Cosmetologist~

What They Do… A Cosmetologist does hair and make-up. They will cut hair, die hair, or style hair. They will do you make-up for a special occasion or teach you what colors best fit you. Most do eyebrows too.

Education Requirements
To be a cosmetologist you would have to get a license provided by the state you would have to graduate from a state licensed barber or cosmetology school and be at least 16 years old

Money N Hours The average a cosmetologist makes is any were from $10 an hour to $17 an hour. They make about $30,000 a year Most cosmetologist work regular hours, like around 8 to 10 hours a day.

In Conclusion… I really like both of these jobs, and I don’t know which one I want to be when I graduate. I think that I would be fine if I did either one of these jobs.
