What is a food label? A food label is usually on the side of any food product and gives you nutritional information about that product It tells you how many vitamins and minerals a food product contains You can check the amounts of fat, cholesterol, carbohydrates, sugar, and fiber contained in the food product It also tells you what the serving size is and how many servings the package contains

Which one is healthier? After a lot of debate, we decided that cheerios were the healthiest It had the most vitamins and minerals It had healthier carbs and fats too Overall, it definitely is the healthiest

Different vitamins do different things to our body Some are good for you and some are bad like soluble fats Minerals help our bones and other parts of our body For example, Our bones need iron to be strong Milk is a great source of vitamins and minerals Orange Juice is good for your body, but don’t have to much
