2. Project GROW Goals and Objectives Goal 1: Recruit 600 participants residing the PUMA #1102. Objective 1: Recruit individuals for participation in grant activities who meet grant requirements.  Unemployed Individuals (Chronic definition)  High School Dropouts  Individuals with a criminal record (Felony/Misdemeanor) Objective 2: Provide comprehensive support service to minimize barriers that prevent engagement in training.

3. Project GROW Goals and Objectives Goal 2: Train 390 participants residing in the PUMA #1102 Objective 1: Develop a range of basic educational skills and specialized job skills. Objective 2: Deliver training to recruited participants.  Preparatory training  Core training Objective 2: Provide comprehensive support service to minimize barriers that prevent engagement into successful completion of training.
