Relevance of the pilot theme from the city survey point of view High unemployment, that is still increasing; lack of AEP measures for unemployed 50+: pilot is implementing career development programme for the target group, offering different topics, participants can choose according to his/her career plan (empowered 15 unemployed 50+) Low interest of employers for employment of 50+: pilot is changing the mind-set about the 50+ workers and increasing knowledge on age management and work ability to support employment of 50+ (involved 30 participants) Jointly for our common future Please explain in this slide how the pilot addresses the problem(s) identified in the city survey (name the problems the pilot addresses to and briefly describe how, add concrete indicators if you can, etc.)

Summary of the pilot Please sum up your pilot action in this slide (concrete actions with timeframe, reached indicators, concrete numbers, next steps, etc.) Jointly for our common future Engagement of stakeholders - QHF - Model PRIZMA 50+ - ESS: cooperation, info sessions for councellors, inviting candidates Engagement of unemployed 50+ - Info sessions (3 in December, 54 candidates) - Clarification - Training programme (January – June; 160 hours, 17 enrolled, 16 with IKP, 5 employed, 3 establishing SE; 28 hours left + employment interviews) Engagement of employers - forum/session (April, 0 participants) - Training sessions (4 in May) - Employment interviews (June)

Innovative character of the pilot Currently the only programme for activation and career planning focused at unemployed 50+ in Slovenia Great flexibility of participation for unemployed 50+: free choice! Possibility to be involved in 2 projects/programmes (complementary) Strenghthening supply and demand on the labour market at the same time Jointly for our common future Please explain in this slide the innovative character of your pilot (why is it innovative in your country, which element of the pilot is innovative and why, innovativeness from EU or SEE perspective, etc.)

Efficient stakeholder involvement The stakeholders were able to contribute to the shape of the pilot during the 2 QHF, where the discussion was held They participated at the SES where they presented their experiences and practices and provided inputs during the group work The programme and target group were discused with the regional office of ESS who was actively involved into information and acquisition of candidates, as well as during the information sessions Jointly for our common future Please explain in this slide how the main stakeholders were enabled to contribute to the structure and elaboration of the pilot (in which steps did you involve them and how, how their voices were incorporated to the pilot, how did you provide the opportunity for them to shape the pilot, etc.)

Sustainability of the pilot ESS: discussion in progress to ensure regular provision of the programmee within the measures of Active Employment Policy Maribor Municipality is supporting the business and training centre PRIZMA 50+, in which Pro50Ability activities are embeded: at the moment bidding on the call (ERDF) and supporting the centre to be included into the Regional Development Programme 2014-2020 Centre PRIZMA 50+ is a part of the Maribor LIP Jointly for our common future Please explain in this slide the sustainability of the pilot (which organisations will continue the pilot and how, which elements of the pilot can be continued, any additional sources to be involved, reference to the implementation plan, etc.)

Transferability of the pilot The whole pilot is transferable The activities related to empowerment of unemployed 50+ can be adopted by employment service providers (PES, local authorities,…) – active employment policy measure The activities related to awareness raising and training of employers on age management and work ability can be adopted by organisations, offering support and services to companies (chambers, development agencies, training providers,…) It is important to provide the link between the two (cooperation of local community) Jointly for our common future Please explain in this slide why the pilot is transferable (which parts, for whom do you recommend and how, etc.)

Experience from the pilot toward changing your attitude More closer and intensive cooperation with employers is nedeed to change attitude towards employment of 50+ (ESS) Improve access to employment opportunities for 50 + and achieving multiply effect by conecting Silver City pilot with Senior Capital pilot and incorporated Pro50Ability programme into common employment 50+ model (EIM and PRIZMA Foundation) Assure sustainability by supporting (finance, premises, etc.) establishment and operation of Business and Education Centre PRIZMA 50+ (Municipality of Maribor) Jointly for our common future Please explain in this slide how your attitude has been changed during the elaboration of the pilot action (which part of the pilot action needed change in your everyday practice in the public service, whether did you have to rethink your point of views during the implementation, etc.)
