The mentor system to assist new faculty has started in the Fall of 2009. 2. Expand the functions of the accounting lab to assist students in all business areas. This should help student retention and improve student performance. The accounting lab has been expanded to a tutorial lab to assist students in all areas of business. 3.Continue with student advising and mentoring.
