The government has recently put out a healthcare plan to make it more affordable for Native Americans to buy. Many people make fun of them by being racist and bias. 4. Current living conditions of Americans The living conditions for Americans are much better than Native Americans. The average income for families are $44,383. They can take care of themselves much better and they’re more independent.

5. Based on the current living conditions of Americans and Natives was the Indian Removal Act justified? The Indian Removal Act isn't justified because it put many in poverty, it reduced income of Native Americans, and made an bad environment for kids.
