FB1 FB2 FB4 FB5 FB11 FB7 FB12 FB13 FB1 FB2 FB5 FB13 PASSENGER TERMINAL SERVICES INFOMOBILITY

PASSENGER TERMINAL SERVICES – FB1: Friuli Venezia Giulia Priorities To develop congress & fair activities (further investments) To implement cruise tourism both as Home Port and Port Of Call (Magazzino 42 requalification) To implement embarking/disembarking comfort and security system To develop support to maxi yacht activity (also in consideration of local shipyard services) Needs To implement classic services inside the Trieste Terminal Passengers To face the impact of traffic flows on city flows To improve access to ships for passenger embarking/disembarking To increase parking offer

To face congestion problems, due to the low number of quays

PASSENGER TERMINAL SERVICES – FB4: Dubrovnik Neretva Region Priorities The top priority is to relieve traffic in the old city harbor and the acceptance of the tender and excursion boats during the summer months, thus creating a deadlock and the reduced difference of potential accidents. Needs According to the analysis of the characteristics of the vessel on the quay will be allowed to dock two service boats lenght from 10 to 12 meters. It is enabled existing and landscaped pedestrian access for passengers to the eastern entrance to the city.

PASSENGER TERMINAL SERVICES – FB5: Region of Istria Priorities The construction of a new Passenger terminal in the eastern part of the port. Needs The overall development of passenger services considering that at this stage is at a minimum level.

PASSENGER TERMINAL SERVICES – FB7: Ancona Port Authority Priorities Management of passenger and vehicles traffic in the Port of Ancona Orienting passengers in incoming/outgoing Passenger Assistance in Port Needs Info-point at the train station, in the waiting areas and, in general, for walking passengers Improvement of external spaces, in the maritime station, for truck and trailer parking Direct link to the highway Improvement of port infrastructures, separation of the port traffic flows from local traffic Truck driver services: safe parking, improve the welcome services and facilities Separation of pedestrian and vehicle flows Improving internet services avoiding roaming costs (WI-FI)

PASSENGER TERMINAL SERVICES – FB12: University of Belgrade Priorities Actual priorities could be observed based on SEETO comprehensive network plan. This plan presents also comparative illustration of different transport networks and theirs priorities according to improvements, proposed projects and costs: http://www.seetoint.org/library/multi-annual-plans/ http://www.seetoint.org/library/multi-annual-plans/ Needs Serbia is not on the Adriatic coast so the general conclusion in all sectors should be defined as a better connectivity. The easiest way to reach this goal is air transport development within the region. Some initiatives are proposed in the framework of Danube strategy, priority area PA01b

PASSENGER TERMINAL SERVICES – FB13: Port of Bar Holding Company Priorities Introducing new passengers lines. Needs Port physical infrastructures with higher draft, favouring the maritime connections and the port access with the realisation of an extension of the existing quay

INFOMOBILITY – FB1: Friuli Venezia Giulia Priorities To implement main Infomobility system offers (online, phones, etc) To provide tourist info in other languages Needs To implement digital info in access and external waiting areas (terminal, bus and rail station) To improve internet services and interoperable system Other Topics Coordination with other ports/common solutions Systematization of digital Info

INFOMOBILITY – FB2: Ravenna Province Priorities/Needs To better organize the information service on multimodal connections by the cruises and ferry terminals through info screens, Wi-Fi system, etc. and upgrade the info point created thanks to Adrimob To find a suitable solution to systematize information on multimodal mobility to allow people organizing their journey without the need to sail inside several different web sites To plan common and cross-border information campaign/strategy/tools in order to informa about the possibility to travel across Adriatic There are two other issues which are very ambitious due to complexity and cost, but recognized as a necessity: One-ticket system development and implementation Real-time information on passenger transport system development
