Best Start Child Care Spaces Update Expansion of 35 New Best Start Child Care Spaces Riverview School - 26 spaces which will include toddler & pre-school care Nursery School - Using data gathered from the EDI, we continue to pursue this avenue of Early Learning. Currently a needs assessment is taking place in the community of Emo Best Start Annualized Funding: Includes, Wage Subsidy, Fee Subsidy, Special Needs Resource, and Administration funding for the DSSAB to administration the programs
