4 4 Purpose of this Webinar Provide guidance on new 2012 reporting requirements Review the Performance Report for Grants and Cooperative Agreements Manual “Who do I count?” Present revised performance tables

5 5 When Do the Changes in Reporting Requirements Occur? System Transition After June 30, 2012 Reports filed for grants ending on or before June 30, 2012 will complete the previously used performance measures Any reports filed after June 30, 2012 will use the new performance measures ARRA funded grants Reports for the quarter ending 6/30/12 will use the old system

6 6 User Acceptance Testing; Call for Volunteers Volunteers are needed for User Acceptance Testing. Anyone interested in participating please contact your program officer.

7 7 User Acceptance Testing Phases and Dates Phase I – July 16, 2012 to August 3, 2012 Phase II – August 8, 2012 to August 20, 2012 Final Phase – August 23 and 24, 2012

8 8 Annual Performance Reports Grants continuing past July 1, 2012 Use new system System opens September 1, 2012 System closes September 30, 2012 Reporting period July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 No extensions will be granted
