Controller now ‘CONTROLS’ the traffic instead of recording and working the phones Failure analysis based on Log & replay facility Generation of MIS reports – Train Control Charts, Punctuality reports, Train Graphs and Failure reports Multi-pronged communication facilitates better handling of unusual incidents –Motorman/guard to control room –Motorman to motorman –Motorman to guard
