12
God commands his decree to fulfill His desire: (Cause and effect) A cause is something that makes something else happen. An effect is what happens as a result of the cause.
13

14
What will be the result? God’s Desires to be fulfilled. What’s God’s desire? Salvation of men. We shouldn’t focus on the decree but on the desire.
15
“ This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will (desire), he hears us. 15 And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.” 1 JOHN 5:14, 15
