1 EXPIRED CREDENTIAL REPORT 1.To access the new “Expired Credential Report” feature, you must be an active Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Web Application Administrator Point of Contact. (KDE designation that generally is held by the district technology person), Director of District Personnel, or LEAD Coordinator. 2.Go to http://www.kyepsb.net/http://www.kyepsb.net/ 3.Enter your username and password. 4.Click the “Go” button. Log on Here

2 1.Once logged in, click on the District Role Manager link in the application list. APPLICATION MAIN MENU District Role Manager button

3 1.In addition to allowing you to update roles for your district, the expired credential report will be listed as an option within District Role Manager. DISTRICT ROLE MANAGER SCREEN Click here to view report
