Certified Public Official-cont. CPO The certified public official (CPO) designation is valid for 2 years from date of issue. Management Tier What counts towards management credits College courses, degrees, state association certification and years of service 72 credits are required in management tier 16 of required credits for management tier must come from NACRC seminars
