7 Annual Meeting April 15, 2003 Antitrust Highlights nDon't discuss with other members your own or your competitors' prices, or elements that might affect prices such as costs, discounts, terms of sale, or profit margins. nDon't stay at a meeting where discussions concerning price are taking place. nDon't make public announcements or statements about your own prices or those of competitors at Association functions. nDon't discuss what individual companies plan to do in particular geographic or product markets or with particular customers. nDon't disclose to others any competitively sensitive information. nYou Must conduct all GSA business meetings in accordance with Association rules. These rules require that an Association staff member be present, the agenda be followed and minutes be kept. nYou Must confer with counsel before bringing up any topic or making any statement with competitive ramifications. nYou Must send copies of all Association related documents and/or correspondence to the staff member involved in the activity. nYou Must alert the Association staff to any inaccuracies in proposed statements to be made by the Association on behalf of the gaming industry, particularly statements to government officials.

36 Annual Meeting April 15, 2003 Interoperability Testing Program nThe primary purpose: n Impartial testing facility for integration testing of GSA standards n GSA certification compliance nGSA Interoperability Centers (IOC) will provide: n Self tests for GSA member and implementers n Compliance tests by GSA licensed testing agencies, such as GLI nStandards to be tested: n GSA SAS™ n Best of Breed (BOB) n Gaming Device Standards (GDS) n System to System (S2S) n Future GSA technology standards nThree-phase rollout: n Phase I – GSA will work with single interoperability testing agency to get a solid toolkit and test script product n Phase II - GSA will open the field to other testing agencies n Phase III – GSA will periodically evaluate the performance of licensed testing agencies
