11. 11 Amended Copyright Ordinance 經修訂的版權條例 Software Asset Management (SAM)  Make an individual in your Enterprise responsible for SAM.  List all your licensed software.  Issue a circular each year to your staff forbidding use of pirated software.  Carry out software audits.  Always budget for software together with computers.  BSA has instruction manuals and free software to assist with SAM.

12. 12 Tenders for Goods and Services  Bids should be treated in confidence.  It is wrong to find a creative copyright work that you like from one supplier and then try to get another supplier to make it more cheaply.  Doing so infringes copyright.

13. 13 Trade Fairs  It is wrong to do business by offering to make product designs shown by other traders at a lower price.  Doing so can infringe copyright.  It can also infringe patent and registered design rights.
