Mediation Process – Alternate Dispute Resolution Provided through the skills of a trained mediator (not typically from within the direct supervisory chain of command). ADR Provides prompt and inexpensive techniques to resolve disputes. Allow parties involved to arrive at an agreed resolution. Less costly and results in a more positive, long term solution, improves morale and productivity.
