TNM, 2006/32/EC directive, National Energy Efficiency Action Plan, etc.);  Attractive program and simple procedure  Definite technical requirements;  Definite determination of grant;  Efficient control procedure;  More efficient investments should receive more support;  Resulted CO 2 mitigation and energy saving should be registered;  Only residential and public buildings are subject of support.
