24 Revisions to the Code: Consultants are assuming the form-based code will become part of the existing zoning ordinance, probably added to Section 25 which contains Special Districts. The code is being referred to as the Augusta Sustainable District ordinance. Article 6, containing sustainable regulations has been added by Southface. Form-based Code Update

34 Exciting Developments Because we are under budget and ahead of schedule, HUD has allowed us to use excess funds to develop a “real-world” training program for displaced residents. We have been asked by the White House to apply for the SC2 program which could benefit the entire City.
