“I am very honored to serve as Honorary Co-Chair of Relay for Life. My Mother’s death at 44 years from breast cancer changed our family’s life forever. This past year my oldest daughter and I became breast cancer survivors. The courage and strength I see every day from our cancer survivors inspires me. I feel I have been healed, at least for this day. My goal is to reach out and help others heal through our 2011 “Relay for Life”. Virginia Crisafulli

Facts $100 registration fee signs your Team up Campsites are picked in order of Team registration Canopy or Tent, chairs and tables are not provided NO energy source at the campsite No generators allowed at campsites No bikes, rollerskates, skateboards are allowed at the event NO dogs allowed No tobacco products or alcohol on the premises Gas grills allowed, please place a piece of wood under it Teams are allowed on the field at 12 (noon) Apr 15 to set up their campsite Help create a world with less cancer and more Birthdays

More Facts Luminaria donations DO NOT count towards Team Total Trackmarkers DO count towards Team Total If Team Members sign up on-line the Team Captain does NOT have to have a participant form signed by team member IF a Team Member does not join the team on-line a participant form needs to be filled out by the team member Survivors can sign up on-line or use a participant form to sign up Every participant that raises $100 will earn a Relay Participant T-Shirt If an individual raises $1,500 they earn a Star Supporter Shirt Bring in a New Team and qualify for a Team Challenger Jacket Help create a world with less cancer and more Birthdays

Create a Limo at your Table using the shoebox Use everything given to you in the shoebox Be creative You can use anything you have in your purse, wallet, pocket You will be given 15 minutes and remember EVERYONE at the table needs to participate Judges will give out Spirit Points for 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd place Create a “Limo” Help create a world with less cancer and more Birthdays
