Lake County District Elementary Testing Test results provide teachers with valuable information that assists in meeting the needs of your child. Tests your child may take this year include the following: Florida Assessment for Instruction in Reading (FAIR): Grades 3-5 Florida Kindergarten Readiness Screener (FLKRS) Istation Assessments for Instruction in Reading: Grades K-5 Florida Standards Assessments for Math and ELA: Grades 3- 5 FCAT Science: Grade 5 End of Course Exams (EOC): Grades K-5

FSA: Florida Standards Assessments FSA Writing: March 3 FSA Math: March 23-24 (make ups through April 10) FSA English and Language Arts: March 25-26 (make ups through April 10) Fifth Grade FSA Math and ELA: April 13-May 8

FSA for Writing Students in grades 4 and 5 The prompt is written at DOK Level 3. Students will read a paired selection of texts and then respond to a writing prompt during a 90-120 minute block of time. Paper-based test Students are evaluated on a 10-point rubric designed by the state. (accessible to parents, students and teachers on the FSA website).
