Design Process Research and Simulink design of each generation system Initial simulation of the wind and solar generation systems to obtain input and output of components Testing individual components for functionality and researching component parameters Testing each system individually and obtaining output data Combining and testing the system as a whole to supply a maximum load

Conceptual Design PV panel to generate solar power
Motor simulates wind power Each system will individually manipulate DC Combination of inputs then converted to AC Battery bank to support load Combined system block diagram

Solar Test Plan Individually test solar panel, Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT), inverter, battery Each component tested under various conditions Calculate expected power under different conditions (irradiance, temperature) Solar block diagram

Solar Design Solar panels connected in series (35.4 V, 7.63 A: 270W maximum) Connected via solar combiner to MPPT Two 12V batteries connected in series, sets load voltage level at 24 Vdc MPPT Batteries Solar panels Panel combiner
