2  Stroke is the third leading cause of death in Europe;  Aproximetaly 58% of stroke survivors experience hemiparesis, which disturb hand function;  Restriction of compensatory trunk movements lead to better hand functional outcomes;  Specific, repetitive, rhythmical exercises with feedback lead to concentration enhance and greater motor learning.

4 To evaluate the relationship between trunk control and hand function in post stroke patients.

5 We expected, that rhythmical specific exercises with feedback on trunk control will improve greater hand function outcomes than exercises without trunk control.
