21  Request all support through MEMA but feel free to informally reach out if you have questions about our capabilities.  Frame requests in a manner that describes what you need to accomplish (task/purpose) vs. trying to guess what equipment/people you require.  Be aware of our response time limitations (6-12 hours) for most support.  Don’t write MANG capabilities into your local EM plans – check with us regarding capabilities.
