Request all support through MEMA but feel free to informally reach out if you have questions about our capabilities. Frame requests in a manner that describes what you need to accomplish (task/purpose) vs. trying to guess what equipment/people you require. Be aware of our response time limitations (6-12 hours) for most support. Don’t write MANG capabilities into your local EM plans – check with us regarding capabilities.
