DRAFT 3 FSSI Office Supplies 2 solution promotes availability of green products and makes them easy to find FSSI Office Supplies 2 GSA Portal highlights all available items under various environmental attributes  The FSSI OS2 BPA's provide additional discounts to the negotiated prices already available on GSA's Schedule 75 for office supplies. FY11 savings estimated at 10%.  Promotes availability of green products on the federal supply schedule Green products are easy to find and1000’s of products available to help agencies comply with E.O. 13514  Drives suppliers to meet green requirements Higher order minimums to consolidate orders, reduce environmental impact and shipping costs  Helps agencies track purchases of green products The FSSI Knowledge Management Portal captures and tracks line item data

5. DRAFT FSSI will continue greening the supply chain with the new FSSI Print Management solution 4  FSSI Print Management is focusing on reducing the total cost of print including, but not limited to, Federal acquisition and usage practices for Printers, Copiers, and Multi-Function Devices  Improve demand management and support drive towards zero environmental footprint Projected annual paper reduction equivalent to up to 550,000 trees through duplex printing Reduced Energy Consumption:  Will support vendors with sustainable operations CLINs awarded for devices with sustainability technologies  Will promote recycling and end-of-life management Recycled Content – Machines must have a minimum percentage of recycled content and device disposal must be environmentally acceptable FSSI Print Management

DRAFT 5 FSSI Domestic Delivery 2 solution supports innovative vendors like UPS FSSI Domestic Delivery 2  Provides domestic delivery services for both air and ground shipments between the Continental U.S., and to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico  Significant savings– projected DDS2 savings off commercial retail costs are over $210M/year  On line air bill creation, package tracking, and account management  No fuel surcharges for parcel ground or express deliveries  Helps agencies track purchases of green products and assess progress towards greening strategies  UPS is provider on this FSSI vehicle and is a leading innovative vendor supporting sustainable operations
