6. Recipe I Used 3 Lbs. Ground Pork Shoulder 1 Lb. Ground Veal (or Beef) 2 T. Garlic Salt 1 Cup Milk 1 T. Soy Sauce 1 tsp. Black Pepper 1 tsp. Parsley ½ tsp. Coriander ½ tsp. Nutmeg ½ tsp. Marjoram 5’ of Hog Casing Directions: -Combine all ingredients (minus casings) -Stuff casings by hand Preparing: -Brats can be grilled or boiled Serving: -Serve on a roll or with Mustard
