Ⅴ. Repair Trouble & Solutions(1) Error Blurred image [Description ]
When the picture is out of focus generally or partially [Parts of Defect] 1. Developing Machine Cartridge(DMC) 2. HVPS 3. Zener PBA’s assembling condition [Check and Cause] 1. Developing roller is infected due to toner in DMC almost exhausted 2. Loosing contact of high-tension terminal and developing machine electrode in set due to toner, et cetera. 3. Loosing contact between Zener PBA GND and Frame GND. [Solution] 1. Replace DMC 2. Cleaning the infected parts from toner, etc. 3. If you cannot solve the matters for above solutions, change HVPS. 4. Check the connected condition of Zener PBA, disconnected or shorted state of OPC GND Harness.

Ⅵ note Q&A 1. Check Power Supply. •Check the power is turned on.
•Check the power cable is connected with socket. •Check the voltage of power socket. 2. Check Panel • Is LED lamp working on OPE? -->If LED lamp wasn’t turned on check power cable, SMPS and Main board •Is LED lamp not working unusually? -->Check Main PBA and Harness 3. Check Paper Process(Route) • In case of the JAM? -->Removing paper in route. • Jam is repeated continuously in C route? -->Removing paper to open the rearcover back of settle machine. -->Detailed check the cause of JAM to disassemble the product.
