SCIs receive nowadays the highest priority in strategic planning all over the world (Italy, DPEF 2009 – 2013 [1]).[1] Examples of facilities which are considered SCIs: Electricity generation, transmission and distribution; Gas production, transport and distribution; Oil and oil products production, transport and distribution; Water supply, District Heating, …Public Health, Security Services, … [1][1] Italian Ministry of Economy, Economic-Financial Planning Document for 2009 – 2013.
