Structure and Management (High ) Structure and Management should relate to the delivery of the project. Staffing Basis: secondment, full time, part time or job share. Responsibility of unions to appoint and it is vital that arrangements are completed prior to commencement. Strict limit of £37,000 for wages, applied on pro-rata basis.
