What are we trying to achieve? The undergraduate course: Five years Two schools 1500+ students 2000 people involved in teaching Significant time away from campus on clinical placement Fared badly in the National Student Survey

What are we trying to achieve? Work with the existing course and add technology where appropriate to enhance the student experience Maintain clinical and tutor contact time Use technology to: Support students on placement To provide just-in-time and reflective learning opportunities To improve the overall educational experience

Where are we now? ePortfolio Designed to support reflective learning for Year Five students on their six-week GP placement. Encourages and guides students to reflect on their learning opportunities whilst on placement Allows GP Tutor engagement with the process
