Omni Mobile Features Very quick administrator and user learning curve –WebAccess is installed, supported and well understood in most GroupWise environments No third-party database or server software to install –Besides Omni Mobile, there are no new support requirements for administrators. Omni Mobile leverages existing WebAccess expertise, installations and support systems 192-bit AES encryption for secure data (Version 1.1) –Data stored on the handheld and transmitted over the wire/air is encrypted with 192-bit AES encryption “Poison pill” removes GroupWise data from device –Includes messages, address books, calendar, etc. Omni Mobile Features

Account Configuration Process Omni Mobile administrator logs into GroupWise WebAccess and configures Omni Mobile user accounts Omni Mobile user logs into GroupWise WebAccess, selects the Omni Mobile icon (or tab in GroupWise 7) and configures synchronisation options: –Mailbox or folders –Address books –Number of days of email to configure during initial account creation process –Number of days of email to retain on device –Number of days of calendar entries (historical and future) –Synchronisation priorities for each folder Omni Mobile: Account Configuration Process

Account Configuration Process User or administrator downloads the Omni Mobile client and Omni Mobile Setup Utility for Linux, Macintosh or Windows workstations Run the Omni Mobile Setup Utility to gather the initial account information from the server.
