What is it? Why O₂? Three of the existing Office 365 plans are being removed from the Microsoft portfolio. These are being replaced by three new plans. 5 How to connect to Office 365
Partners complete an O365 Order Form and Professional Services (PS) order form per customer and send to the Zest4 O365 Provisioning Team – Zest4 PS team will contact the customer to run through the details of the order, the PS required and set dates for the migration. Partners will be updated on the order progress Zest4 will submit the order to O2 at the planned migration point. PS will be conducted to ensure smooth migration and the customer will be set up for billing Sales Orders Queries – To make things easier, we’ve included all our Digital Services, Box, McAfee and Office 365 on one order form and on separate tabs. Some fields have drop down menus to make the process quicker. It will take 48 working hours to provision an order.  For example, an order received by 2pm on Tuesday would be provisioned by 2pm on Thursday.  And an order received by 2pm on Friday would be provisioned by 2pm on Tuesday.
