No changes are made directly to eSIS data by making changes in Parent Assistant
15
Emergency Contacts In eSIS, Emergency Contact radio button on Parent screen does not make parent an Emergency Contact in Parent Assistant Module Because parents do not see themselves listed in Parent Assistant as an Emergency Contact, they make a change request to add themselves as an Emergency Contact This will cause parents to appear on both the Parent screen as well as the Emergency Contact screen in eSIS
16
Office Reason must be populated to see in Attendance Details
17
Teachers make individual assignments viewable in PAM (Parent Assistant Module) by populating the “Post to Parent Assistant Date” field
19
Future dates will postpone viewing of Assignment Details, but not viewing changes to Current and Cumulative averages Failure of the teacher populating the date does not prevent parents from seeing changes to averages Teachers with Preference to “Count Blank Marks as Zeros” should enter all marks for an assignment or this preference will be applied

Teachers can communicate to the parents of an entire class…using Parent Tips
22
…or to the parent of a single student using the Mark Comment through Mark Entry

If a teacher doesn’t enter marks for all students in an assessment, what will happen to the average for the students who have no mark entered? Will the teacher print a Progress Report for all students?
28
