Progress Update – Homegroup Membership: Target: 200 members of St Peter’s in homegroups  Currently 172 people in homegroups Action: Continue face-to-face and direct e-mail chasing Action: Homegroup themed service at church building Action: Identify barriers to people joining a homegroup Action: Ongoing dialogue with people on ‘watch lists’ Action: Advertise homegroups before Sunday services Action: Create a short homegroup promotional video Action: Highlight the range of homegroup styles Action: Issue personal invitations Action: Encourage former homegroup members to find a suitable group

Progress Update – Homegroup Expansion: Target: 4 more homegroups established & all current spaces filled  No more homegroups yet established  2 new homegroup co-leaders identified  Approximately 14 spaces to be filled Action: Work with existing homegroup leaders to identify future leaders (Co-leader is natural successor to take on the homegroup or to start up a new homegroup) Action: Fully equip new leaders, including skills training & developmental opportunities Action: Advertise which groups have spaces
