To increase effectiveness of the Business Office accounting centralization, requires accurate and integrated financial data. To comply with Board of Trustees quarterly budget request requires the ability to forecast and project financial data. LCME Financial Questionnaire requires integrated financial data. The list of data requirements are endless…..

HART ROI ( Return on Investment) The college benefits are: better delivery of information that can be trusted and quickly delivered to support positive business/operation activities. (i.e. - obtain contracts & grants, retain students, faculty & staff, conserve resources…) Provide historical perspective to determine whether current data points are outliers or indicative of a trend; Permit deeper analysis and what-if investigations, which are not possible in our current source systems; and Unify all relevant data and thereby establish a single version of the truth. This requires the integration of our internal, external and third-party data in order to establish a comprehensive view of our operations.
