Are we doing enough? Cycle to work is a good start. We can develop it further but it has natural limitations most notably distance from work for our staff. We are looking to develop flexible working systems to assist staff with transport issues. Further developments will need the assistance of local and central government for example improved public transport, pavements and lighting. Improve Internet connectivity to rural areas, thus allowing more staff to work from home.
