How can the L2 teacher help the subject teacher in CLIL? 1 reading skills A. Can the students read L2 fast? Or are they textbound? B Are they teacher/dictionary dependent? C Do they take risks when reading? D Do they enjoy reading?

2 writing skills Can the students draft and redraft? 3 learning awareness Do the students know their strengths and weaknesses?

4 Reflection Can they self evaluate? Do they know which strategies work best for their learning? 5 Collaboration Can they work efficiently in pairs and groups?
