9.  Increasing GPA  College Preparation  College Credit During High School  Making Students Stand Out on College Applications – have you taken the most challenging courses offered?  College admission is based on your GPA and Rank for 9 th - 11 th grade (6 semester)  Colleges consider your Core GPA!!!

10.  Pick the right preparatory courses while in high school.  BALANCE outside activities/responsibilities with academics.  Build a Resume: volunteer/summer/service activities, leadership experience, and awards/recognitions should be included.  Be sure to contact your student’s counselor if you have any questions!
