Certification Every building is verified by a third-party Certification lasts 3 years. Buildings need to recertify after 3 years. BOMA BESt Level 1 (best practices) available for all types of assets. BOMA BESt Levels 2, 3, 4 currently for office assets.

Previously Certified Buildings Buildings with valid Go Green or Go Green Plus certifications are grandfathered into BOMA BESt Certificates will be re-issued in November
