The Disney Directed Audit Process
Course Purpose:
This course provides an introduction to the FANS system. It will serve as a prerequisite for more detailed role-specific courses in the curriculum. Upon completion of this course, learners should be more comfortable with the basic purpose, features, and functionality of the system.
This course will provide you with the foundational skills related to navigating and searching within the system. It will also provide some insight as to how the high-level processes work within FANS and prepare you to apply this knowledge during your role-specific training.

3. Disney Directed Audit (DDA) Overview
Disney may elect to have its own ILS Audits performed at any Facility producing Disney-branded products in any Permitted Sourcing Country
These ILS Audits may be conducted by Disney staff or by a Disney Representative (including third party monitors) on Disney’s behalf
What is a Disney Directed Audit?
Record of the results of the completed the Disney Directed Audit. The auditor/audit data entry person accesses the DDA form to enter the captured audit data
The initial data entered on the DDM also carries over the DDA form. In addition to the details that were already on the DDM, the DDA form has two additional tabs: Audit Details & Assessment and Audit Violations

What is a Disney Directed Audit?
Disney may elect to have its own ILS Audits performed at any Facility producing Disney-branded products in any Permitted Sourcing Country.
These ILS Audits may be conducted by Disney staff or by a Disney Representative (including third party monitors) on Disney’s behalf
The Disney Directed Audit Form
Record of the results of the completed the Disney Directed Audit; audit findings include categorized listing of violations and specific details about the facility collected during the audit.
Displays the results of the audit review such as the status of the audit during the review process, if the audit was qualified and met MCS.
The Master CAP/FLOPA is accessible on the completed DDA Form via a button in the Footer.
Important Things to Know
The DDA form is used by both the Audit and the Audit Review Teams to document information about the audit.
Important dates are recorded on the Header section of the DDA Form such as Expected Completion Date, Date Audit Conducted and Audit Report Date
The Facility information is displayed on the DDA Form as is a link to the Facility Form
The status of the audit is critical and impacts the status of the Production Authorization Form

5. Searching for a DDA
To search for a DDA Form, click the Search Audit under the Search InfoPort

7. Disney Directed Audit Form – Header and Footer
DDA Header: Displays the Facility information, Audit Status and also key audit dates such as the Date Audit Conducted and the Audit Report Date
Audit results includes MCS and Zero Tolerance information plus the Overall Rating.
Service Center Assignments are also part of this section
Associated Attributes: Links to view other information and Forms associated with this DDA Form
Action: Users must select one of the Action items in the menu prior to submitting the Form for processing

Facility Details: Displays the Name and the Status of the facility
Three lines of address information is captured plus Country, State and Province information
Phone details are displayed to identify if the phone type is office, home, mobile etc. along with the number and country
Facility Contacts: Lists the Name and the contact information for the facility
