The use of multi media may be especially powerful for individuals with more complex health needs, or difficulty communicating in a traditional way Development of health strategies and shared decision making, using multi media as a format for informing and recording decisions Recording and tracking progress on identified health needs Reduce waiting time and improve efficiency by logging patient enquiries online via MultiMe and video messaging. Potential cost savings to the NHS are substantial
