CLIENT NUMBER ONE ( ONE OF ZIMBABWE’S LARGEST COMPANIES). Project completed and commissioned in October 2012. This tender was for the Design, Manufacturer, Supply, Delivery, Training, Installation and Commissioning of PABXs for 33 branches linking all the branches through VoIP. This project also required integrating new equipment with the old equipment still remaining in the network. CLIENT NUMBER TWO (SOFTWARE VENDOR) VoIP Project completed and commissioned in December 2012 required Designing, manufacturing of equipment, supply, delivery, training, installation and commissioning of VoIP solution linking 3 customers branches located at different sites in Zimbabwe CLIENT NUMBER THREE: (AN INTERNATIONAL BANK) VoIP Project completed and commissioned in March 2013. The customer required to have a IP-PBX system installed at one of its branches to provide back up, for other branches, using IP Phones (VoIP Phones), if any of its other branches PABXs is down. Major Projects undertaken over the past 18 months include: 32

CLIENT NUMBER FOUR (A PHARMACETICAL COMPANY) National VoIP Tender completed and commissioned in October 2013. The project involved Designing, manufacturing of equipment, Supply, Delivery, Training, Installation and Commissioning of a VoIP network linking 7 branches (Head Office, Main Stores, Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru, Masvingo and Chinhoyi). SGC is currently working on another major VoIP Project requiring Designing, Manufacturing of equipment, Supply, Delivery, Training, Installation and Commissioning and we expect this project to be completed by 30 March 2014 In addition to the above SGC, has undertaken, during the same period, many small projects. The combined value for the three completed major projects is about US$800 000.00. The projects above generally required SGC to send its Engineers and the customers engineers to the equipment manufacturers’ factory in India. The reason for the trip to India was for Technical Training and conducting of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) of the proposed equipment.. Major Projects undertaken over the past 18 months include: 33
