Complement the NWRSP at Fort George. Minimal amount of existing businesses will move to the Creative Hub. The training, mentoring and incubation support provided will encourage new home-grown businesses to locate here. Currently 10-15 live EOI’s from Creative Industries wishing to locate on the Ebrington Site. BDO 2010 Survey - 33 respondents with an interest in the Ebrington site and the Creative and Digital Content Hub. Business Support

Digital Derry providing support to tenants via mentoring and access to an Accelerator programme and the Culture Tech Fund. 12 Operation & Management A Managing Agent will manage the Creative Hub (initially 3 years) responsible for: Providing ongoing mentoring and support to the creative businesses; Letting the space; Providing administrative support; Managing reception; Build up occupancy levels; Make it sustainable and ultimately commercially viable. Ilex is currently preparing ToR for Management Agent.

Digital Derry providing support to tenants via mentoring and access to an Accelerator programme and the Culture Tech Fund. 14 Economic Impact Sought To support 25 pre start–up with hot desks; To support 15 new start/ emerging businesses; To support 8 existing businesses; To support the creation of an additional 50 jobs and safeguard a further direct/indirect jobs; To stimulate and increase the level of entrepreneurial activity; To promote and facilitate social and business interaction between tenants and the wider business/ community sector; and To encourage peer group networking and learning with partnering potential.
