The majority of nursing staff at 6N completed the Quality Interactions Online Nursing Module, provided free of charge by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Interactive program that provided pretest, education, three patient encounters, and a post test. Several providers completed the Quality Interactions Online Physician Module.
