Unhappy situations and poor attitudes make for a very unproductive person unable to be creative PLAYFULNESS & HUMOR Research shows that happy people who have fun and a sense of humor generate more ideas. Relax and enjoy the creative experience.

Dealing with climate & creative climate can be challenging. You can’t be creative without a certain amount of challenge. Have enough challenge to keep you engaged, but not so much that it’s overwhelming. Do not shy away from challenges. Remember you have resources. When you start to feel overwhelmed, make sure to utilize them. Challenge – Has “Change”

Don’t be reckless… Recognize the risks you are already taking. Some people take more risks than others... consider the following If you don’t take the leap, You’ll never know if you can soar. Investments Stocks Homes Take calculated risks Without risk, you cannot have creativity. It can be risky AND rewarding. With creativity there is no guaranteed outcome. The presence of personal and emotional tensions. (a negative dimension) Acknowledge it. Take personal responsibility for your approach. minimize your emotional investment. The occurrence & presence of disagreement between viewpoints, ideas, experiences, & knowledge. (contrasts conflict) Healthy Debate is between ideas, not the people involved. Life is a cycle of support. Even the water cycle requires support in each stage. IDEA SUPPORT HAS A VITAL IMPACT ON THE CREATIVE CLIMATE Validating ideas will help promote development. Creative ideas cannot flourish in a critical climate. Trial participants and volunteers are invaluable. Ideas need support too.
