10 Analysis It is quite common for you to entertain your guests in the spare time. The following information tells about various ways of entertainments. There are many ways to provide acceptable local entertainment for visitors. Typical ideas are arts and cultural events such as theatre, cinema, concerts, exhibitions, famous monuments and buildings, or sports events, such as golf, tourist trips, excursions, restaurants and bars, etc. As well as more private corporate hospitality such as parties, receptions, and possibly invitations to someone's home ---though this is highly culture--dependent and may be more common in the USA, the UK and some parts of Continental Europe than elsewhere. Dinner is usually the most important meal of the day in the West. It is served in the evening. Dinner usually consists of one, two or three courses such as: soup, meat and vegetables, and dessert. But on Sundays or special occasions a more elaborate meal is sometimes prepared at noon or later (when it is called lunch) or in the evening from about 7 p.m. onwards. Sometimes, on formal occasions, family members change their clothes before dinner. There may be a number of different courses served at dinner-the usual order in which they are served is served is an appetizer, soup, fish, meat with vegetables, salad, dessert, cheese and coffee. However, all these courses are not always served on every occasion. One or two courses are more usual.
