Notebook 3-Ring Preferred MUST Have Means by Which to Store Documents Assignments/Paperwork: I Expect Students to Save Documents for Review, Guidance, or Evidence Pens / Pencils (None Will Be Supplied) Any Other Tools Needed for Participation Ex. Reading Glasses Supplies

Tests: 40% of Final Grade Projects: 25% of Final Grade Homework & Quizzes: 25% of Final Grade Participation & In-Class Work: 10% of Final Grade Ex. Beginning or End of Class Quiz Ex. Check Over Notes Taken Ex. Class Discussion Grading

Students Take Notes (Ask for Guidance if Needed) Review Notes (Many Different Tactics Can be Used) Give Daily Reviews (Summarize Class in 2 Minutes) Read Additional Materials Ask Questions Hints for Success

Parents Ask for Daily Reviews Take Active Part in Reviewing Student’s Work Ex. Signing Off on Work Done = Extra Credit Parents in the Classroom?

We Will Use “Remind” via Texts No Makeup Work Done = No Credit Given No Questions Asking for Additional Help = None Given Ex. After All Instructions Are Given, I Assume All is Understood, UNLESS Questions Are Asked Open Communication: If a Student Refuses the Help Offered, I will Contact You (the Student’s Parents) Honesty = Reality
