2 Lithuanian Classification of Occupations  Since 1999  Created on the basis of ISCO 88  The code consists of 6–digits. The first 4–digits correspond to the ISCO 88, the last 2–digits together with the 4 mean a specific occupation in a separate group of the classification of occupations  The Labour Market Training Authority at the Ministry of Social Security and Labour– responsible organization 7 June 2005 Use of Lithuanian Classification of Occupation

10 Supervisors  Supervisors – persons, whose responsibilities include formal responsibility for supervising other employees, whom he/she supervises directly, sometimes doing some of the work they supervise, excluding quality control and constancy  Supervise the work of at least one person  Members of group with collective responsibility considered as supervisors  Supervisors are classified with the workers they supervise and the work they are doing 7 June 2005 Use of Lithuanian Classification of Occupation
